Once a month, we host an event at the Stones Throw Brewery where we feature three to four local songwriters, each sharing their unique stories through music. Enjoy handcrafted tunes and a selection of local beer, wine, cider, and ginger ale. Whether you're a music enthusiast, a lover of lyrics, or simply looking for a great night out, come support a rotating roster of local artists and non-profits. Celine of Bellingham band Dream Goats, plays fiddle, guitar, and sings. She loves old-time and Celtic music and writes tunes and songs influenced by these genres of music. When not playing music, she's out on a dog adventure or sewing!
Pete travelled down that long lonesome road ending up in Bellingham where he has been picking with local bands Queens Bluegrass, Yankee Drivers, Cape Flattery and Broken Bow String Band. Pete’s music speaks to universal themes like true love and how to use a diminished 9th chord.
Ted is a Bellingham music gadabout fronting Cape Flattery and a card-carrying Prozac Mountain Boy. He is an award-winning novelist and wonderful songwriter who approaches modern themes from a classic roots tradition.
Rosie was born and raised in Whatcom County. These days she may be seen playing folksy original songs or traditional celtic tunes in groups such as Marie - the Band, the Dream Goats, Bison Socks and Decolletage. She looks forward to meeting your dog.

Colleen Freeman
Colleen is a fiddler, singer, and songwriter/composer with traditional American and Celtic roots. Find her stuff at bandcamp solo and with Marie, the Band and The Wandering Seas. She teaches fiddle too!
Elian Carbone
Elian is a songwriter, dancer, and multi-instrumentalist with Syrian, Mexican and Italian roots. He has a wonderful album with songs co-written or inspired by small children. He is the co-coordinator of the Puget Sound Guitar Workshop.
